Action Circuits are a waffle tray stockist, supplying a vast range of New and Recycled waffle trays, supported by our waffle tray recycling program.

Our waffle tray recycling service allows you to recycle your used or excess JEDEC style plastic IC matrix shipping trays and IC baking trays saving you money in waste costs and avoiding them ending up in landfill sites.

All trays are sorted, cleaned and inspected for damage before being placed into stock in our warehouse. Some trays will be available for sale, however most of the volume will be sent for regrinding into material to make new trays.

Our waffle tray recycling service is for high temperature matrix trays that have temperature ratings of 150°C or more. IC trays are also known as Matrix trays or semiconductor trays and come in many different arrays dependent on the style and pin count of the devices. trays have a surface resistivity to give them electro static discharge characteristics which will protect the sensitive components from ESD damage.

If possible keep same tray types stacked together to avoid damage during packing and shipping. We will of course sort and clean all high temperature IC shipping trays on receipt at our warehouse.

Please note that most chip waffle trays are Jedec standard or EIAJ waffle trays, however some are manufacturer specific. It will be useful to know the volume of component waffle trays that you have before we can arrange to collect.
